Blue Buffalo settles class action lawsuit over claims it deceptively marketed pet food

Blue Buffalo

The Lawsuit claimed that labeling for Blue Buffalo pet foods (the “Products”) was false and deceptive in that it breached the True Blue Promise, which states that the Products contain no chicken/poultry by-product meals, no corn, wheat or soy, and no artificial preservatives.

Blue Buffalo has agreed to pay $32 million to settle the lawsuit.

Consumers eligible for reimbursement must have purchased a Blue Buffalo product in the United States between May 7, 2008 and December 18, 2015. Consumers can receive $5 for each $50 worth of Blue Buffalo products purchased between those dates.

Additional information may be found at the settlement website

I've tried downloading claim form for Blue Buffalo products, and other web pages seem to be down.
