A class of Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PGE) workers received final approval from a San Francisco County Superior Court judge on July 30 of a $17.25 million agreement to settle claims that the utility unlawfully denied them overtime compensation
Class members are to be paid based on the number of weeks each class member worked in any of the settlement positions. PGE's obligations under the Federal Insurance Contributions Act are to be paid in addition to the $17.25 million settlement fund.
