Sunrise Senior Living Settles Securities Class Action

Sunrise Senior Living Inc. (SRZ) entered into an agreement, subject to court approval, to settle a putative securities class-action lawsuit brought against Sunrise and individual defendants on behalf of certain purchasers of Sunrise common stock.
