Investigation of Chase for improperly assessing service charge on low interest balance transfer offers

Chase has recently implemented a $10 service charge on low interest balance transfer offers. Customers that accepted balance transfer offers from Chase for 2.99%, 3.99% and 4.99% APR for the life of the balance have recently been hit with $10 monthly charge on those accounts. Additionally Chase has raised the minimum payment levels from 2% to 5%.
