Investigation of of St. Vincent's Hospital (NY) for potential violation of federal Worker and Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act

Lawyers are investigating whether the closing of St. Vincent's Hospital on Saturday, May 1, 2010 that resulted in the layoff of 3,500 employees  violated the federal Worker and Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act ("WARN Act").
